5. Formation of a Contract

6. Making a Purchase from the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop

6.3 Payment must be received by Krista Taylor Fine Art prior to despatch. Payment should be sent by cheque to Krista Taylor Fine Art, 34 Woodlane, Falmouth, Cornwall TR11 4RF, UK with a copy of the email request or online order form. Cheques should be made out to Krista Taylor Fine Art.
6.4 Orders are not processed until receipt of either a cheque or other agreed method of payment. For details please contact orders@kristataylor.com.
7. Pricing and Availability
7.1 Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices quoted are accurate and complete, price and availability information is subject to change without notice. However, the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop is regularly updated to reflect any such changes. If the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop is unable to supply items at the price shown then a user will be informed of the change in price prior to despatch. The Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop will await user confirmation and acceptance of the change in price before proceeding with the order.
7.2 If an item is not in stock the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop may place a back order. However, the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop will always email the user with the option to cancel the order. If, beyond its reasonable control, the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop is unable to supply an item, it will immediately advise the user.
7.3 The Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop reserves the right to refuse to supply a user. Where the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop does accept an order the item will normally be sent to the purchaser within 2 working days from the date of email confirmation.
7.4 Delivery is free of charge.
7.5 The Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop does its best to secure delivery and sends all deliveries via courier. However, the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond its control.
7.6 All goods are zero rated for VAT purposes. This applies whether the user is based within the UK or the EU.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1 If a user is unsatisfied with any purchase from the Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop the user is entitled to cancel the order within seven days after the day on which the goods are received. The Krista Taylor Fine Art Gallery/Shop will give a full refund for the cost of the goods and will also refund delivery charges within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the cancellation notice.
8.2 To cancel an order a user must send an email to orders@kristataylor.com with details of the order or call +44 (0)1326 314141.
8.3 The user must return the cancelled goods via registered post and in such a way as to avoid damage to the goods. The user must pay the return charges.
